The Practice of Order

On the infrastructure of care.

We believe that the capacity to heal is only as stable as the infrastructure supporting it. At Saint Health Group, we do not offer distant advice; we build and fortify the operational, clinical, and financial systems that allow behavioral health organizations to endure.

01 / Operational Integrity

We align the architecture of compliance with the reality of patient care.

Bridging operational discipline and clinical focus.

The regulatory landscape of behavioral health is dense, often obscuring the primary mission of clinical work. Our firm began from a simple observation: founders and operators are frequently forced to divide their focus between direct patient care and the exhausting demands of compliance, licensing, and billing infrastructure.

We designed Saint Health Group to resolve this tension. By embedding specialized expertise in OHA licensing, ASAM levels of care, Joint Commission accreditation, and revenue cycle operations directly into our clients' systems, we construct quiet, reliable operational structures that run without constant oversight.

We treat compliance not as a periodic hurdle to overcome, but as an ongoing structural discipline. This philosophy ensures that organizations are not merely prepared for audits, but are fundamentally built to sustain growth, protect clinical teams, and scale their services safely.

The Leadership

Founder

Easton Hallock

Founder & Operator

Easton Hallock founded Saint Health Group with a perspective forged in actual operations. As a behavioral health operator, he scaled a startup to eight OHA-licensed programs across Oregon, negotiated more than fifty payer contracts, and successfully guided organizations through Joint Commission accreditation.

He established the firm to provide the pragmatic, execution-focused partnership he found missing in traditional advisory roles—offering concrete structural systems instead of generalized advice.
